Your binder comes with ten 12" x 12" pages, with 4 pockets per page, so you can easily fit 40 stencils or 80 if you double up per pocket.

We recommend using the backing cards the stencils come with, or any 6" x 6" card stock as backing in the stencil pockets, to make the stencil design easier to see.

Each binder fits about 50 pages in total. Purchase additional pocket pages and divider tabs here.

  • Is this binder the same size as a standard notebook binder?

    No, it is not. A standard 3-ring binder typically measures 9" x 12". This stencil binder measures 12 7/8" x 15". 

  • How many stencils can this binder hold?

    Each page can hold 4-8 unique stencils (depending on if you use a cardstock divider to give the pockets a front and a back), and each binder can hold approximately 50 pages. That works out to 200-400 stencils!

  • Do you carry a smaller version of this binder?

It has lots of space for adding to my stencil collection. The only problem I have it's the cardboard construction. I was expecting something a bit more durable.

Great storage idea for stencils

I have this for my stencil storage. I take cardstock paper and cut it to fit each pocket. Then I place my stencils in each pocket and I can see one on each side. I color coordinate them by season as well. There are several ways to do stencil storage, but this is so easy to do. I really like this binder. It fits my standard and smaller sized stencils. I also keep my larger stencils in here as well, just not in the pockets. I take a standard plastic sheet protector and place my larger stencils in one of those and put them in the back. This is a nice way to store stencils and have the protected as well.

Stencil storage binder

Lots of space for collecting more stencils. The only thing that worries me is the binding. I hope it can hold up to plenty of use!
