Shipping: Boxes ship between the 16th and 22nd of each month.

Billing for month-to-month subscriptions: When you first purchase your subscription you will be charged at that time for your first box. After your first charge, your card will be automatically re-billed on the 15th of every month. Cancel any time.

Billing for prepaid subscriptions: *These will still auto renew. You will pay in full, upfront, for the duration of the timeframe you purchased, and receive the discount shown. Your subscription will still auto renew at the interval purchased, for the same discount. For example: If you purchase a prepaid 6 month subscription for 7% off, your subscription will auto renew in 6 months, prepaying for another 6 months, with the same discount. If you do not want it to auto renew, you can simply cancel it in your customer portal. 

When will I receive my first box? This all depends on which day of the month you first sign up. The 15th of the month is when the subscription cycle changes. The cutoff for each month is the 12th of the month. For example: if you sign up on the 10th of the month, you will receive that months box. If you sign up on the 16th of the month, your first box will ship the next month. Subscriptions always ship between the 16th and 22nd of each month.

Discounts and Rewards Coupon codes of any kind can NOT be used on this subscription. You will however earn Countess Reward points for each purchase. Yay!
