Cutter Club boxes are NOT returnable. 

Shipping: Boxes ship between the 16th and 22nd of each month.

Billing for monthly subscription: When you first purchase your subscription you will be charged at that time for your first box. After your first charge, your card will be automatically re-billed on the 15th of every month. Cancel any time.

When will I receive my first box? This all depends on which day of the month you first sign up. The 15th of the month is when the subscription cycle changes. For example: if you sign up on the 10th of the month, you will receive that months box. If you sign up on the 17th of the month, your first box will ship the next month. Subscriptions always ship between the 16th and 22nd of each month.

Can I purchase other items from the store at the same time I make my initial sign up for the cutter club? Yes. These items will ship separately from the Cutter Club. 

Discounts and Rewards Coupon codes of any kind can NOT be used on this subscription. You will however earn Countess Reward points for each purchase. Yay!

Not impressed so far

I’ve only gotten 2 subscription boxes so far but they have only been generic cookie cutters as of yet. I was expecting to get fun & festive cookie cutters in a monthly theme not just random shape cookie cutters. If they don’t get better I will be canceling. In the picture are 3 from each box. Very disappointing.

Thanks so much for being part of our Cutter Club! I really appreciate your feedback and wanted to take a moment to respond.

Each month, I personally design brand-new cutters for the club, and I make sure they all fit within that month’s theme—nothing is random! The designs and tutorials are carefully planned to match.

I also like to include a couple of cutters that might feel more “generic” (I’d call them versatile 😉). I know I don’t always want my cutters to be so specific that I can’t use them again, so I try to offer a few that can be flipped or repurposed for different designs. I even share ideas on the blog for how to reuse them! After all, who doesn’t love a cutter that works for multiple occasions?

I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and of course, you’re always welcome to cancel if the club isn’t the right fit for you.

enjoyed receiving the cutters, but as i am not real savey with technology and could not get the scan code to work on my computer I needed to stop my subscription (I have trouble with viewing it on my phone since on the phone it is too small for my vision.
