Frequently Asked Questions:

• Is the Notta Cookie for practicing with royal icing or airbrush?

  Both! Practice flooding, stenciling, and detail work with royal icing, or swap to an airbrush gun to nail down perfect technique. 
  

• Do I practice directly on the Notta Cookie itself?

  You certainly can. Wipe off royal icing and start again, or simply rinse airbrush color away with running water. Alternatively, for an easier cleanup, you can place simple white paper coasters on top of the Notta Cookie and swap them out as you go. This technique works particularly well with practicing airbrushing, as well as stenciling with airbrush OR royal icing.
  

• I want to use the Notta Cookie to practice stenciling. Will this work with my Stencil Genie?

  Yes, although the thickness of the Notta Cookie means that it works best when used in conjunction with the Stencil Genie XTC attachment.
