Perfect scraper

Have several brand of scrapers, but this one is the best! It slides smoothly over the stencil and leaves a smooth stencil design on my cookies. Love it because, I love to stencil!!

The icing Genie scraper fits so nice in your hand. It feels more natural. The width is wonderful for using with smaller areas. I did require a learning curve because it requires less pressure on stencils to remove icing than the hard plastic scrapers. I initially ended up scraping to much off the cookie. Definitely getting more.

Some time ago I ordered the icing genie and forgot to order the scraper. I used the stencils and my hard scraper that was in the kitchen drawer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much better the icing genie performed. It’s stiff but has enough flexibility to move the icing. If you forgot to order one, you’ll definitely want to place that order.
