The Cookie Countess Precision Rolling Pin - 1/8"  (Pie Roller)

Solid birch barrel with nylon bearings built to last a lifetime.

The ONE tool you need to roll out your pie crust to a perfectly even thickness every time. Made in the USA of birch wood, this rolling pin will last a lifetime and be the heirloom you hand down to the next generation of bakers.

  • It eliminates the need for stick guides or spacer bands.
  • Handles make it easy to roll out large amounts of dough or crust at a time.
  • Measures 25.5" from tip to tip, and has a large rolling area of 16".
  • You will love the Cookie Countess Precision Rolling Pin and wonder how you ever got along without it!
  • The existing Wall-Mounted Rolling Pin Hanger does NOT work with this pin; a version that does will be coming soon.

Clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT put in dishwasher or submerge in water. Keep away from excessive dry or humid conditions. Wood color may vary. We do not take returns on rolling pins.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What is the Precision Rolling Pin made from?

    Birch wood

  • Do the handles spin, or is the pin one solid piece?

The handles on our Precision Pins spin, making rolling out dough easy on the hands.

  • How do I clean the Precision Rolling Pin?

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do NOT submerge the pin in water, leave it to soak, or spray it with cleaning chemicals.

  • Do I need to season or oil my Precision Rolling Pin?

Seasoning the pin is not required.  You can, however, use a small amount of mineral oil to periodically oil the pin to keep it in good condition and protect it.

  • Why is this rolling pin special?

The design of the Precision Rolling Pin will result in the same thickness of pie crust every time, with no need to attach discs or set up wooden guide dowels. The extra-wide 16" rolling area also means that you can roll out larger flats of crust or dough at one time.

🤯OMG, Why Did I Wait?!?! 😍

I have been looking FOREVER at this rolling pin and held off due to the price. I had a wooden rolling pin with silicone rings so I was thinking it can’t be that different. Boy, was I WRONG! I realized I have been giving myself an unnecessary workout, because, this rolling pin rolls out dough like butter. It definitely made me melt inside. I could kick myself for rolling out cookie dough with other pins for 3 years now, because I didn’t want to spend the extra on this one. Well played, Cookie Countess, well played!!!

Pie anyone?

I love my rolling pin. Now, my pies will look professional! Thank you! I have a suggestion.. I would love to see a rack that would hold more than one rolling pin. I have 3!
Just a thought ❤️

Best rolling pins ever! Even, quick, dough rolling! Even thickness every time! Extra wide, making rolling easy and quick. I own all of them now! I've been waiting for this 1/8 for my pie making! Worth every penny! It will last forever!
