  • What's that Ingredient? Potassium Acid Tartrate is also known as Cream of Tartar. Sodium Aluminosilicate is an anticaking agent.

Love this meringue powder!

I’ve been using Genie’s Dream MP for over 4 years and have never had any issues with this product.
They haven’t changed their recipe (some companies change ingredients to for cheaper production) and I appreciate their quality seal.
My cookies dry properly for packaging and still have a softness in the bite.
