Like many bakers, I've in search of a really good black pen to sketch designs and add details to decorated cookies. Most edd up not being fine enough or having inconsistent ink flow so that you have to trace over the original line.
This one is perfect, very fine tip and smooth and consistent inking. Better yet, my sketching doesn't bleed into the icing while I flood cookies. If you are thinking of buying one, go ahead and buy three.
